MCERTS 2011 offers companies many sponsorship opportunities for companies with all budget sizes. Sponsorship opportunities include:
Banners
Advertise your company logo on a banner around the walls of the exhibition hall to heighten your exposure.
Internet Cafe
Why not sponsor he Internet cafe? Set the screensavers to your company logo and text indicating your stand location, advertise, on the mouse mats or even give them away and leave literature for people to take after checking their e-mails.
Carrier Bags
Sponsoring the carrier bags is an excellent way to get your company noticed with visitors carrying around your branded bags, which they will then take back to their home or office.
Badges
Sponsorship of the name badges is a great way to get your company logo seen, sponsorship will include your company logo and stand number printed on all of the visitor and exhibitor badges.
Visitor Registration Page
We anticipate the majority of visitors will be registering online this year, why not take out a banner advertisement on the registration page to ensure maximum visibility.
Refreshments/Lunches
With refreshments and lunches provided across the two days, your company name will be branded around the lunch and refreshment areas.
Pre Gala Drinks reception
Have your company branded around the drinks reception area, this is a great way to impress guests and highlight your company at the event, your logo and company name will be in both the Gala Dinner menu and the exhibition catalogue.
Gala Dinner
Your company could be the main Gala Dinner sponsor, have your company's logo branded around the gala dinner venue and have your logo on the dinner menus. Invite your top eight guests to the dinner, what better way to reward your top clients and staff!
Sponsorship opportunities start from as little as £250, we are very open to ideas, so if there is something not on the list that you would like to suggest, or if you would like to put together a sponsorship package we are more than happy to discuss the prices.
