PPM Technology to host ‘Indoor Environment’ Workshop at MCERTS 2011
PPM Technology will host a workshop at MCERTS 2011. Our workshop will have the title “Continuous Air Monitoring for Indoor Environments”. Laura Roberts will be hosting, we hope the workshop will give delegates an insight into Indoor Air Quality issues and the numerous causes, pollutants and health effects associated with poor IAQ. We will introduce our range of products and present real life data collected by the instruments. And we will give examples of working applications and environments where Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) monitoring is necessary. There will also be a hands-on session where visitors will be encouraged to actually use and operate our various IAQ instruments.
We hope the workshop will be an opportunity for PPM to make new contacts in the industry and inform delegates of IAQ issues. Our 30-minute workshop will be held at 9:45 on Wednesday the 30th in room 4.
PPM Technology will also be happy to discuss and demonstrate our latest monitoring instruments at MCERTS Stand 17.
Our Wireless IAQ Profile Monitor is a continuous monitor of multiple of Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) parameters. Wireless technology enables the data to be presented on the manger PC in real-time. Up to 8 customer-specified parameters can be monitored and analysed, a large number of units can be networked together to create a profile of an entire building’s indoor environment. A compact version of this instrument is also available; the Mini IAQ Profile Monitor can contain sensors for a maximum of 5 parameters.
Our market-leading Formaldehyde detector the Formaldemeter htV-M will also be showcased, it can accurately detect and measure very low and extremely high concentrations of Formaldehyde, as well as providing readings for Temperature and Humidity. The htV-M can be used as a manual hand-held detector or as a continuous data-logging monitor.
